There is an urgent need for volunteers following multiple tornadoes affecting the North Wisconsin, South Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Central Illinois, and Southern Illinois Districts.
If you have not already fanned those districts, please do so. Review the current deployment opportunities, and consider where you may be able to serve. Additional deployments are expected to be posted over the next several days as assessments continue.
While there is a significant need for chainsaw teams, there are also many opportunities to assist with debris cleanup, flood recovery, and the ministry of presence as communities begin the recovery process.
At this time, the Iowa District West (IDW) does not have an organized deployment planned. If you are interested in leading a team from IDW, please let me know.
