On May 21, 2022, a Basic LERT Training class will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Auburn, Illinois.
Participants will be introduced to the LCMS Disaster Response program and learn the basic nature of disasters, the opportunities to respond to personal needs in such disasters and how as Christians can support families, congregations and the public, as the hands and feet of Jesus during trying times.
A registration fee of $35 per person helps cover the cost of a continental breakfast, lunch, training materials, certificate, and LERT T-shirt. Your LERT Trainer will distribute your materials during and after the class.
The training seminar will be from 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday, May 21, 2022. Participants are encouraged to arrive by 8:00 am to 8:30am to complete registration and sign in.
Please make checks out to Trinity Lutheran Church and send the $35.00 registrations fees to Trinity Lutheran Church, 1201 West Jackson, Auburn, Illinois 62615. There is no charge for individuals who are already certified LERT members, as this is considered as continuing education. Walk-ins are welcome.
