WANTED!! LERT VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT DISASTER RESPONSE AND WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN HELPING US BUILD, EQUIP & ENCOURAGE LERT TEAMS IN THE KANSAS DISTRICT!!!
TRAIN THE TRAINER IS INTENDED TO RAISE UP LERT VOLUNTEERS WHO WANT TO TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE IN FACILTATING BASIC LERT TRAINING EVENTS IN THE KANSAS DISTRICT. Participants will be introduced to the most current LCMS Disaster Response/LERT Training program AND the LCMS-LERT scheduling software.
A registration fee of $20 per person helps cover the cost of lunch and materials.

How long will training last?
The course will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Please arrive by 8:30am to complete registration and sign in.

Lunch will be provided.
What will we study?
1) Newest release of the LCMS LERT Training program
2) Introduction to LCMS-LERT.org software
3) Basics of class presentation. Q&A
Who can be trained?
Anyone 18 years and older who is interested and is willing to commit to at least 2 training events per year is welcome to attend this LERT Train the Trainer session. Your LERT TTT facilitators will distribute all the LERT materials before and during class.
