Two or three LERT volunteers are needed to remove storm debris from a church member's backyard. Volunteers will gather the debris and haul it to the local dump.
LERT volunteers are encouraged to wear yellow LERT shirts or vests and have sturdy work boots and work gloves. LERT chainsaw operators must wear appropriate PPE. Bring water and sunscreen.
Tools needed: Wheelbarrows, pole saw, rakes and a light chainsaw
Meet at Bethlehem Lutheran at 0900 on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
The job should take about 4 hours.
