This local LERT Mercy work will clear a fallen tree off of a neighbor's fence for an elderly member of Chapel of the Cross. The deployment will also clean up the yard of fallen branches and will remove an aged dilapidated wooden bridge and clean up an old pond area. There will be some chainsaw work required as well as manually labor. All volunteers are asked to wear their yellow LERT shirts or vests, sturdy boots, work gloves and hard hats are suggested. Lunch will be provided. A local LERT team will be providing a skid steer for moving heavy objects.
