This deployment is debris cleanup operations from the May 24 severe storm. The homeowner reported that a large tree fell onto her daughters car in the driveway and the driveway is completely covered with debris.
The work requires chainsaw operations to cut and remove the debris from on top of a car and clear the driveway so the homeowner has means to exit the homesite with other vehicles. We will need four (4) volunteers to assist in the mercy work moving the debris to the curb.
Our plan is to use chainsaws and heavy equipment to lessen the burden to volunteers.
This will be an early operation to minimize risks of heat related injuries.
