On June 17, 2023, a severe thunderstorm moved across the Oklahoma Tulsa area with sustained winds up to 100 mph. The area experienced severe damage including uprooted trees and downed power lines across the greater Tulsa area. Power is still out in many communities and Oklahoma government officials have declared a state of emergency for counties in eastern Oklahoma.

· Background check is required for volunteers.
· The District equipment trailer will provide chainsaws, equipment and PPE for local volunteers. Chainsaw operators must have steel toed boots.
· Volunteers from outside the district should bring their own chainsaws, equipment and PPE.
· Housing for 12 will be provided on the church property.
· Cots and mattresses will be provided. Bring bedding for the cots.
· Showers will be provided on the church property. Personal toiletries will be needed.
· Meals will be provided and served at the church.
· WIFI is available at the church.
· Equipment will be stored in the lighted parking lot behind the church.
