On June 17, 2023, a severe thunderstorm moved across the Tulsa Metro and surrounding areas with sustained winds up to 100 mph. The recent chainsaw team deployment on June 24 - July 1, 2023 worked several communiities cutting trees and removing debris to city curbs. However, there is still work to be done to complete the mission.
The host Church will be Trinity Lutheran Church in Broken Arrow:

- LERT background check is required for volunteers.
- Chainsaw operators from outside the district should bring their own chainsaws, equipment and PPE.
- Housing is available on the church property with showers, kitchen and leisure amenities.
- Cots will be provided, but bring your own bedding.
- Bring your own personal toiletries.
- Meals will be provided and served at the church
- WIFI is available.
- Lighted parking is available for equipment trailers.
- No RV hookups are available.
