This LERT (Lutheran Early Response Team) training event will introduce participants to the LCMS Disaster Response Program. Completion of the training enables volunteers to be received at disaster clean-upn up sites. Enables groups to be on a local team the stands prepared to respond when disasters happen and where victims of storm damage are in need of assistance.
This event serves to fill a gap of needed LERT teams in Northern Oklahoma. A registration fee of $35 per person will pay for lunch, training materials, certificate and LERT Volunteer T-shirt. Your LERT Trainer will distribute all materials for the class.
Doors open at 8:30, class starts at 9:00am runs until around 3:30pm
