Location: Mt Pisgah Lutheran Church, 2606 Chimney Rock Road, Hendersonville, NC. 28792
Description of Work: This is primarily tree work and debris removal. A new area has just opened up and there is much tree work to be done. The community has been directed to Mt. Pisgah for assistance with tree work.
Housing Details:
- Cots will be provided
- Bring bedding for cot and or air mattress
- Shower provided
- Meals will be provided

LERT background checks are required for this Deployment
The LCMS LERT system will take you to the Sterling Volunteers site to get your background check (no cost to LERT volunteers) when you sign up for this LERT Deployment.
Health Precautions:
North Carolina has a variety of temperatures – please bring appropriate clothes. Spring is on its way, but there could still be cold winter weather.
What you need to bring:
Clothing appropriate for the season.
Sturdy shoes/work boots
Toiletries and prescription medicines.
Work gloves
Protective eyewear
Long pants (jeans) and work shirts (of course, socks, etc.!)
