This deployment is for NON-LOCAL LERT volunteers outside the Nashville, IL area who will need lodging, etc. If you are a local LERT volunteer please see the deployment set up for LOCAL volunteers.

LERT Chainsaw and debris removal Volunteers needed! The Southern Illinois District Disaster Response Team has assessed the damages from the wind damage on 6/30-7/1 and is asking for qualified Chainsaw Operators and others interested in assisting with debris removal to come help with the recovery within and around the Nashville, IL area.
We have limited housing opportunities for those coming from outside the area. We will provide cots, showers and meals for 10 volunteers from outside of the Nashville, IL area. Those who will be staying at the host site, will need to bring sheets, pillows, towels and your own toiletries for your stay.
All volunteers are requested to report at Trinity Lutheran Church 680 W Walnut Nashville, Ill at 8am. Only registered volunteers will be allowed to participate!
The district will have some chaps and hard hats available.
