LERT STANDDOWN - Kentucky storms - Hopkinsville, KY

At this time, we have determined our local volunteers in Hopkinsville, KY can complete the work orders we have received from the Western Kentucky tornadoes. In upcoming weeks we will be in contact with officials in Eastern Kentucky to see if there are opportunities to volunteer there. Should there be a deployment in East Kentucky, volunteers would need to be self sufficient and provide their own housing, showers, and food. There are no local hotels available to house outside volunteers. Our closest congregation is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the affected area.
