Update #1 - LERT volunteers may stand down.
After the pastors' conversations with the congregation members, only a small response is needed. SWD LERT will deliver 6 dehumidifiers stored at the district office to those in need in the Janesville area.
We are currently working on a website for all mercy needs in the South Wisconsin District. Its address is http://swd.lcms.org/mercy.

The Janesville area is dealing with damage due to flash flooding. The pastors are checking on their membership, and we will know more soon. Rev. Greg Hovland, the new DDRC hopes to do a site visit this afternoon as well.
