Volunteers are needed to limb and buck 5 trees that came down after the recent fire in the Visitors Center. We also need to finish removing debris from the burned up Visitors Center. Both Basic and Chainsaw volunteers are needed for this deployment.
We will have our dump trailer and skid steer.
Note: We will meet at Saxon Lutheran Memorial each morning at 8:00am.
All volunteers are requested to wear yellow LERT shirts or vests. Hard hats and sturdy work gloves are required for Basic LERT volunteers. All chainsaw volunteers are required to wear all PPE.
Water and Gatorade will be provided. All volunteers will need to provide their own lunch. Housing will not be provided on this deployment.
