Description
LERT volunteers are needed to conduct multiple tasks at Saxon Lutheran Memorial. Tasks will include: building interior stud walls, installing trusses and other related carpentry work. All construction materials will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own hand tools and power tools.
If anyone requires housing, we have housing for the first 5 volunteers who request it. Beds and bedding will be provided; volunteers will bring towels, etc.
Background checks are required for this deployment.
Lunch will be provided. Breakfast and supper are still being worked on.
Water and Gatorade will be provided.
All volunteers are requested to wear yellow LERT vests or shirts daily. And to bring work gloves, sturdy shoes and to dress for the weather.
The address for Saxon Lutheran Memorial is 296 Saxon Memorial Drive, Frohna, MO 63748. All work will be conducted at this location. Please arrive at 8:00 am at Saxon Memorial.
Although the deployment is for all day Monday thru Wednesday, we will welcome any volunteer that would like to work all or just part of the day.
