Local LERT Mercy Event – Volunteers Needed Certified chainsaw volunteers and dump‑trailer drivers are needed for a service event on February 21 at St. Paul’s Lutheran, Concordia, Mo.
Several trees will be felled and removed from multiple properties. Volunteers must bring their own steel‑toed boots. All other PPE will be provided if needed. Lunch, water, and Gatorade will be available on site.
If you’re chainsaw‑certified and looking to gain more hands‑on experience with felling or bucking trees, this is an excellent opportunity to build your skills while serving the community.
Meet at 8:00 am in the LERT building south of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Concordia.
