We have trees that need to be felled and dragged on the property of Christ the King, which will be used by Iowa Great Lakes Lutheran School starting in the fall.
All cutters need to be certified, although draggers can be instructed day of. We will need plenty of help to clear out several trees that didn't make it through the flooding in the summer of 2024. This is a great opportunity for newer cutters to get some experience in a less stressful (not eminent disaster) scenario. There is a second local cutting job location, if needed, to provide a full day of work for volunteers.

The team will meet at Christ the King at 8 am to start with devos and safety briefing. Give yourself time to fill out the waiver and say good morning. Bring all your own safety PPE and tools if possible. We do have some basics in the trailer. Lunch and water will be provided.
