The Oklahoma District Disaster Response Team has assessed the damage from severe storms that occurred overnight near Bartlesville, OK, on July 4, 2026. Straight-line winds up to 92 miles an hour snapped trees, downed power lines, and interrupted Fourth of July celebrations. LERT teams will deploy Friday and Saturday. Rest on Sunday and return for servanthood Monday and Tuesday if needed.
Due to expected extreme heat, shift hours will be from early morning to afternoon, with the balance of the day off.
