LERT volunteers are needed to remove 2 downed trees near a bridge. The downed trees are causing partial flooding issues. This work will require rigging and a pulley to remove the trees. We will also bring our dump trailer and skid steer. We will need to limb and buck both trees after they are pulled from the creek area.
All LERT chainsaw operators are required to wear appropriate PPE. All LERT volunteers are encouraged to wear yellow LERT shirts or vests along with Sturdy work boots, work gloves and a hard hat.
Water and Gatorade will be provided.
We will meet at Immanuel to load equipment before driving to the location in Wentzville.
