Nicole Beattie, a certified Stop the Bleed trainer, will lead a workshop on Friday, August 30, 2024 from 1pm to 4pm at Eternal shepherd Lutheran Church, Seneca SC.
Life threatening emergencies can happen anywhere - even in the midst of responding to a disaster. This course will help participants know how to respond in a time of emergency when controlling the bleeding is critical. Participants will learn the ABCs of bleeding control, how to handle a minor accident, and proper application of a tourniquet.
