Trinity Lutheran, Tryon NC experienced significance flooding during Hurricane Helene. Help is needed in flood water clean up. Specifically, Rev. Tom Olson shares "We have as our number one task this week to complete mucking out the crawl space to save building from mold issue. We have mucking crew gathering tomorrow to remove sand and mud with buckets. Need more men willing to get dirty. A bucket brigade from four foot crawl space. That is what we need."
Volunteers should wear: Muck Boots, Long Pants, Long-sleeved shirts, and bring multiple sets of work gloves.
Shifts for workers begin on Monday, Oct 7.
