The stump grinding plan is to have 3 LERT volunteers deploy to Concordia Seminary once a month for 3 days at a time. This team will be grinding approximately 200 stumps from recent tornado and wind damage. For all of the LERT volunteers that were considering the Drywall deployment at Freistatt, Mo, the plan has changed and the homeowner no longer needs us to hang insulation and drywall in his rebuilt house. Thank you for the calls and consideration..

LERT chainsaw volunteers may be needed in and around Spencer, Iowa due to the recent Derecho that went thru the area. Assessments are being conducted to determine the extent of the tree damage. If a deployment is needed, all of the dates and details of housing etc will be in the posting.
